For this private commission, I was tasked with designing a full party of characters for a custom D&D campaign. While not a commercial title, I approached it with the same level of creative discipline as a production assignment—prioritizing strong silhouettes, clear archetypes, and visual storytelling through costume, pose, and shape language.
The goal was to capture each character’s class and backstory while maintaining a cohesive visual style. This project allowed me to explore stylization, refine narrative posing, and simulate character design challenges typical of RPG and action-adventure pipelines.
Key Outcomes:
Designed characters within lore constraints, mirroring real-world brief limitations
Balanced classic fantasy archetypes with a bold, stylized visual approach
Strengthened shape clarity and storytelling for production-level readability
